My wife, Lizzie, and I started Oxfordshire Press in 2004, when we wanted to move out of London and start a family. I’ve worked in information publishing since leaving college in 1987, including running the UK largest financial newsletter publisher for ten years before starting Oxfordshire Press. Lizzie has worked in publishing since 2007, our combined experience has allowed us to build a successful company that always puts the customer first.
Not only is our customer service in the UK, we don’t outsource it to another company, I even cover the ‘phone myself to make sure that I know what our customers are thinking and saying.
Our commitment to customers means we have a reputation for fantastic customer service and quality products. It’s a hard won reputation that we fight to always maintain.
