Change of Service User Name (SUN) for your Direct Debit from GoCardless – SUN 172866 to APS Re Oxfordshire Press – Access PaySuite Ltd SUN 250404

We are writing to you regarding your Direct Debit payments with the Oxfordshire Press Ltd until very recently the Direct Debits that you pay to The Oxfordshire Press Ltd have been collected on our behalf by GoCardless. With effect from 1st November 2024 the Direct Debits you pay to GoCardless will be collected by Access PaySuite Ltd.

The good news is that you don’t need to take any action to continue receiving the benefits of Direct Debit. Please be assured this change will not affect the service you receive in any way. The only change you will notice is that APS Re Oxfordshire Press will now appear on your Bank/Building Society statement instead of GC Oxfordshire Press for your Direct Debits commencing from 1st November 2024. Your existing Direct Debit reference will not change.

During the change you might see both direct debits in your account (GC Oxfordshire Press and APS Re Oxfordshire Press) please don’t worry that an extra direct debit has been set up. Only the APS Re Oxfordshire Press one will be active. The GC Oxfordshire Press direct debit will be cancelled but if you would prefer please ask your bank to delete it.

Should you wish to query any Direct Debit with us, or your Bank/Building Society please quote our name and the reference. There is no need for you to complete a new Direct Debit Instruction, as details of the change will have been supplied to your bank, who may also notify you.

The Direct Debit Guarantee

  • This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits.
  • If there are any changes to the amount, date, or frequency of your Direct Debit APS Re Oxfordshire Press will notify you three working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request APS Re Oxfordshire Press to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request.
  • If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit by APS Re Oxfordshire Press or your bank or building society you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society.
  • If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when APS Re Oxfordshire Press asks you to.
  • You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.
